Cookies

Cookies are small files stored on your device. Our website may use:

  • Essential cookies, needed for the site and its forms to work securely.
  • Analytics cookies (Google Analytics), which help us understand how the website is used. Google may process this information on our behalf. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, and learn how Google uses data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

We don’t sell your personal information. We may share it with service providers who help us run the website and communications, such as our website hosting provider (WP Engine), our email delivery and newsletter service (MailChimp), and spam-protection and analytics services (Google and hCaptcha). They may handle information outside Australia, including in the United States. We may also disclose information where the law requires or permits.

How long we keep information

We keep form submissions for 24 months, unless we need them longer to deal with an ongoing enquiry or for legal reasons. Newsletter subscriber details are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is kept in line with the retention settings we’ve chosen in Google Analytics.
